The wood flooring gurus, Ebony and Co, worked along side New York-based architects MSK Design Group to create a fully furbished apartment in the Lincoln Residence. The apartment is located in a luxury condominium building only moments away from the well known Lincoln Center on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York.
Setting the project foundation for MSK, the client agreed to gut the entire apartment and planned for a more open living area concept, which would take better advantage of the stunning New York city views. The floor plan is impressive and boasts a kitchen, dining area, living room, hallway, five spacious bedrooms and a private gym.
This beautiful private home, within a residential tower, was completed in 2015 and is a prime example of the quality of handcrafted wood flooring by Ebony and Co.
This beautiful floor is Engineered Continental Oak with a Faded Silvergrey Ultramatt Poly finish. The featured engineered timber floors are a traditional selection of 7-12″ random width planks (17.5-30.5cm) with long lengths ranging from 5-11ft (150-320cm). The total flooring area covers over 3,389 square feet (315m2) of the living area of this home and goes harmoniously with MSK Design Group’s sophisticated interior design.
MSK Design Group has achieved sophisticated interior design standards for this Lincoln project, which go hand-in-hand with Ebony and Co’s quality hardwood flooring. MSK are recognized for their ability to provide home interior for their clients whether these be private home owners or commercial, the level of quality stays the same.
